Thank you for your support and donations to the Avangard World project! Your voluntary donations go towards the project's development, including advertising, server maintenance, hosting, security, and other aspects that help us deliver a high-quality gaming experience.
We deeply appreciate your support and offer the following options if you haven't received the bonuses or incentives you expected:
- We can manually credit you with the expected bonuses as a token of gratitude.
- We can return donated funds to your card or e-wallet within 3 business days of contacting support.
Please remember that every donation is a voluntary act of support, and we are not formally obligated to provide any bonuses in return. However, we strive to be respectful of every community member.

- Funds are non-refundable after product receipt/delivery.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
- Contact support for billing issues before making any disputes.
Online Game Conduct
- Respect other players; harassment, hate speech, or toxicity is not allowed.
- No cheating, botting, exploiting, or using third-party tools to gain unfair advantage.
- Follow game-specific rules posted on official channels; more rules may be added.
Enforcement
Violation of any rule may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity and repetition. The staff reserves the right to take action to maintain a fair environment.
Charging Rules (Brief)
- Once payment is completed, funds are non-refundable.
- By proceeding, you agree to all charging rules stated.
- Orders are processed automatically; claim your items from the Market NPC (Prize Officer).
- Any dispute or fraud attempt will be rejected and may lead to an account ban.
